Representative Young is our senior elected delegate from the 26th District and is now making the move to the Washington State Senate, where he can be even more effective for us!
Jesse has served in the Washington State House of Representatives since he was unanimously appointed by Republicans and Democrats in 2014. Prior to entering state government, Jesse was a software engineer and IT Consultant for major finance, aerospace, and healthcare corporations. Jesse still consults in the technology and healthcare arenas when out of session. He and his wife, Jennie, live in Gig Harbor with their six children.
While serving Washington State, Representative Young has championed crucial legislation for the 26th District and the state, with his most notable victory being to stop the ever-increasing tolls on the Tacoma Narrows Bridge and making sure they go away when the debt is paid off.
